Daniel founded the business in 2012 with the vision of developing a recruitment company that treated its staff, customers and candidates differently. Having worked himself up from recruiter to manager to Managing Director, Daniel understands the value of fostering good relationships and taking longer term approaches which benefit all parties. A proud father and Liverpool fan, Daniel is one of the rare MD's who is always available for his staff and customers.
