Lucy has spent a number of years in recruitment both inhouse and agency having started her career as an apprentice right here at Woodrow Mercer. Her skillset is a real mix having worked across many sectors in recruitment however she prides herself in her ability to find the perfect candidate for the role no matter the brief. Outside of work Lucy is an Arsenal Fan, Formula 1 Fanatic and enjoys going to the pub with friend and her dog bear in tow.
